We have received an article from the “Inoplanetyanin” (Alien) newspaper dated 7 November 2006 entitled “Long-Range Photonocraft“. It says the following: „We presen another flying device that was designed, according to Vladimir Sinev, by his collegue from the ufology club Anatoly Klemanov during a contact with extraterrestirals“. There is also the layout of the device. We are asked if it is true. We asked the Ruler of the Moon, Archintelligent God Khach, to answer this question. He said the following: “This information is true, but it is impossible to built such an object on earth. The layout was given for a better understanding of the structure of space objects”.
