We received the article by German Kolchin “They Borrowed the Ideas of Extraterrestrials” form the “NLO (UFO)” magazine. But those who sent us this letter did not specify the issue and year of publication. They ask us to comment on one of the photos shown in this article. Following is an excerpt from the article regarding the enclosed photograph:
“In 1989, the brigade general A. Escon who served at the Right-Patterson airbase in 1947 admitted that the debris of the UFO that crashed to the north of Rosewell were really brought to the base and examined. In 1997, the retired colonel F. Corso published his book entitled “The Day After Rosewell”. In his book Corso writes that based on the examination of the UFO that crashed to the north of Rosewell the American scientists recognized this object as a giant condenser inside which there was an unknown source of electric energy. A power electromagnetic field was created around the object compensating the forces of gravity. In the crashed object there were no navigation devices such as pedals, control panels, cables, and the researchers had an impression that the members of the crew got the information about the functioning of the spaceship systems through the “bases” with holes for the six fingers and guided the spaceship through helms in which their brain impulses were transformed into navigation signals”.

Answer of the Center: What we see in the picture is the control panel of the spaceship. The one who has the right to fly this spaceship with the help of his energy puts in through this control panel the corresponding code for the navigation of the spaceship. The impulses of a certain individual are inserted when his hands are put down and the access to the navigation is opened.
