The picture shows a brain damaged by a psychotronic weapon. The functioning of the brain is disturbed, it works intermittently since certain programs are inserted into it. Once a program is inserted into the brain, the individual changes dramatically and his behavior becomes completely different. In the picture we can see that there is another face on top of the face, i.e. there is another person with his own thoughts living inside the person. The thinking of a person with a program is double; there is no logic. The individual gradually becomes mentally ill. Those who make such experiments want to see their victims obedient and executing their commands like animals (we can see a dog in the picture).
