SPIRALS OF COSMIC INTELLIGENCE

In recent years various religious currents and sects have been persistently discussing the problem of the End of the World. They even name a definite date. It is true that the End of the World will come, but not in the sense in which it is understood by apologists for the religion. The End of the World means that the Earth must cease to exist in isolation from the Universal Community. Systematic connections of Earth with the other planets of the Universe will begin in the new millennium. Such contact will allow the inhabitants of Earth to quickly enhance their scientific and technical potential and resolve many social, economical and environmental crises. In this article we would like share our knowledge of the Universe with the inhabitants of Earth. The Universe has always existed in the pure form. Once a small energy ball-point thickened in this primeval purity. The thickened Intelligence consisting of micro particles formed a small, by terrestrial standards, point. This point - a clot of Intelligence and Energy with the capacity equal to milliards and milliards of powers concentrated in one point under an unthinkable pressure - acquired a new quality. The point's explosion gave rise to the first level of Intelligence. It was the Intellect that gave birth to all the other Intelligences. In Cosmos, this Intellect is called the Forefather of the Universe's Intellect: in the Universal language it is Preoric Proorzim. The explosion discharged all the other Intelligences. Great God - the Universal Intellect - resolutely decided to distribute the Universal Intelligences the way he saw fit when confronted with the need for harmonious structure of Star systems. The worlds of beyond are placed in the middle of the Space. These worlds are inhabited by the Archintellect and Superintellect. Great God provided for the creatures of the highest order controlling the activities and life of all the planets in the Universe by observing it like a ploughman who watches his ploughed field under crop. It was done to allow the Archintelligent and Superintelligent lifeforms to help the Universal Intellect directly. As the degree of Intellect decreases, the planets and their inhabitants are situated lower in the spiral. In space this structure looks like sprawling circles united in one point by a zigzag-shaped energy line that reaches the very central point of the Origin of existence.
If we represent the scheme of conjunction of the System of Intelligence graphically, we will see a spiral-shaped origin wound in a clot of superenergy in the middle with the convolutions becoming bigger with respect to all the Systems as it moves away from the center. The conjunction of the spiral along the perimeter is necessary to prevent chaos in the communication between the Systems of Intelligence and to provide the Intellect with an opportunity to reach the Universal Intellect in one point. The relationship between the center and periphery is unilaterally subordinate i.e. everything obeys by will of the Universal Intellect. The representatives of the center of the Universe have an opportunity and the right to control the entire Universe and join their efforts to the efforts of the inhabitants of other planets in any point. Of course, this scheme is only relative because it is impossible to show the structure of the Universe as a union of simple geometric circles. The higher the Intellect the closer it is to the center of the Universe. Let's examine the spirals and their Systems of Intelligence in more detail. We will start this process bottom-up.

The Ninth Spiral (Level) of Intelligence is called Mixed Intelligence because a lot of Intellects are situated on this spiral. In particular, on the Ninth Spiral there are Superintelligent planets of Supreme Intellect and of all the other Intelligences except for the Intelligence of the Eighth Spiral. The Earth is the youngest among all these planets and we, its inhabitants, are children in the Universe. We still remain in a cradle from the Universal point of view. The people of Earth possess high intelligence, but the planet is still very young. At the present level of Intelligence we even fall behind many of the Intelligent biorobots in the Universe. But unlike biorobots, we, humans, have a different purpose. We are supposed to perfect ourselves for centuries. We have been granted such a large amount of Intellect supply that, if the Atlases in their time had not acted foolishly comparing themselves to the Gods of the Universe, we would have reached the Intelligence of the Eighth Spiral long ago. Now our development is suspended because we have isolated ourselves on our planet. This is caused by the fact that when aliens try to visit us with the purpose of giving us knowledge for the global development of Earth, the humans on whose territory they land use the experience received from extraterrestrials to harm themselves. That's why the inhabitants of Earth have been isolated from the rest of the Universal world because of their low Intelligence and lack of spirituality.

The Earth now is similar to a chicken that feeds on the contents of the egg it is developing in. It is time we, earthlings, opened up our eyes and the Mind of our Souls for in this way it would sooner perceive all the things the Cosmos is telling us now. And having listened to this voice, we would get blessings that were granted during the period of the inhabitants of Atlantis. At the present level of our Intelligence we, earthlings, can be defined as biorobots that have nevertheless complete freedom of action and this is where our greatness lies. If we use this greatness with good purposes, the Universe will only be grateful to us. Unlike animals that live on Earth, man is an intelligent creature. Terrestrial animals have intellect too; they get enough information but they cannot perceive and master as much of it as people do. And even if they manage to process this information, they are not able to pass this experience on to other animals. That's why animals can't be referred to as Intelligences. They are characterized by short thinking activity with a limited action range. From the cosmic point of view we, humans, are a simplified version of the notion "Intelligence", but we should not worry about this because the Spirals of Intelligence are designed in such a way that a low Intelligence is situated near an Intelligence of a higher order to provide for the transfer of experience. We are children agewise at the level of the Universal Intelligences, therefore we should not get offended, we should agree and understand that we are Intelligences of inferior level. And as an Intelligence of inferior level, we are situated on the Spiral of Mixed Intelligence. The arrangement of other Intelligences is designed in such a way that every Star System is surrounded by planets of superior Intelligence with the purpose of creating protective fields for the inhabitants of this Star System.

The Eighth Spiral of Intelligence is called Futuritarian, which means "Intelligence immersed into itself". Star Systems that have life are surrounded by the Intelligences of Superior Order. The structure coincides with that of the inhabitants of the Ninth Spiral. The inhabitants of the planets of this spiral resemble humans in many ways. They have a strong healthy physical body sometimes consisting of two parts - human and animal: human-fish, human-bull, horses. The fairytales and myths of humanity are not just pure imagination. They reflect reality borrowed from the inhabitants of the Eighth Spiral of Intelligence in ancient times (mermaids, centaurs). The planets of the inhabitants of the Eighth Spiral are mostly deserted, but each of those inhabited has its own lifeform. There are no planets with two or more kinds of lifeforms. The Intellect of the inhabitants of this Spiral of Intelligence is 24 thousand times as high as that of the people of Earth. Once they had the right to visit the Earth but they did not bring joy to its inhabitants. For certain activities performed by them on Earth they were punished by the Universal Intellect which prohibited them to visit the planet. That's why they do not interact with earthlings now. The described Spiral of Intelligence comprises 48 Planetary Systems, only 17 of which are inhabited, the rest being lifeless. Each of the 17 inhabited Planetary Systems incorporates 24 planets.

The Seventh Spiral of Intelligence is called Protective. With the volume of Intellect 24 thousand times as large as the terrestrial one, the inhabitants of this Spiral of Intelligence are more boring than earthlings; their soul is lazy, they are generally sleepy and slow to communicate; their talks are boring and uninteresting. They are closed within their Spiral of Intelligence and do not even try to get acquainted with the life of upper or lower planets of other degrees of Intelligence. They are ethereal or rather semitransparent; they are clots of plasma with a highly concentrated Intellect, mostly in the state of drowsiness or sleep. The task of this Spiral of Intelligence is to create a barrier for many aggressors from the superior systems of Intelligence that get stuck in this layer of Space like river boats get stuck in mud. This system lets human souls through freely. The Seventh Spiral of Intelligence comprises 25 Planetary Systems; each of them has an uneven number of planets - between 9 and 27.

The Sixth Spiral of Intelligence is the splendor of the life of the former inhabitants of Earth in the ethereal form. This Intelligence is called Regenerative. The scope of its activity is to protect the people of Earth, to help them, to restore the body and Intellect of the Soul. This Intelligence is partially positioned on the Ninth Spiral on Intelligence, however its larger part is on the Sixth Spiral very far away from the Earth and is a ringing belt, which is typical of other Intelligences too. It is a colony of planets where a great work is done to enhance and purify the Intellect of souls and reform their further activities. One should not believe stories about a Soul that can independently choose the further path for its existence. Everything is determined at Great God's instance and the fulfillment of his Will is assigned to the Absolute. We would like to point out that from the physical point of view the inhabitants of this Spiral of Intelligence cannot be considered beings similar to those from the above-mentioned Intelligences. These are former inhabitants of Earth who switched to existence in the form of Souls. They are Essences that represent an almost terrestrial community with only one difference - they are incorporeal. What is the destiny of these Souls? They don't spend the rest of their second life on these planets. Some of them retreat to the Fifth Spiral with the consent of the Universal Intellect, part of them returns to be inserted into other physical bodies. Those who have merits recognized by the Great God join the ranks of his workers. There are 12 Planetary Systems in this Spiral of Intelligence; each of them includes 24 planets.

The Fifth Spiral of Intelligence. The planets belonging to this System can be found in all the inferior Spirals of Intelligence. That's why this spiral is called "Coagulation Intelligence" which suggests the ability to get in touch with any Intelligence, taking a wholesome part in its development. The inhabitants of this System of Intelligence have an Intellect 4 times as low as the inhabitants of the Forth Spiral. In this sense, they can already be defined as entities with an average level of Intellect development. The inhabitants of the Fifth Spiral of Intelligence resemble earthlings as far as the variety of their emotions, thoughts and actions is concerned. However, they have an advantage over us caused by the higher development of Intellect. They boast perfect machinery and technology and the knowledge of many generations of the inhabitants of the planets of the Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Spirals. They are collectors of the Intellect of all the planets whose representatives leave their System of Intelligence. These creatures can be almost perfect in their relationship with other exponents of the subordinate Universe because of the variety of their spirituality; on the other hand they can also be perverted towards them. The main character on any of the planets that group on this Spiral of Intelligence is the Chief Advisor. There are seven Planetary Systems in all. They comprise between 22 and 80 planets. They interact with the inhabitants of Earth very often. They dilute the original Universal truth with their own fantasies rather than introduce the human Mind to something really Cosmic. It is caused by the fact that their level of connection is a little higher than that of earthlings with a Great Cosmic Intellect. The Superintelligent work with them more often than with earthlings, which leads to certain positive results.

The Forth Spiral of Intelligence is called "Controlling Intelligence". It is responsible for the control of all the properties of life and vital functions of the planets of inferior Intelligence. The inhabitants of the planets that constitute this System are twice less intelligent than the inhabitants of the planets of the Third Spiral; however, their world is interesting and diverse. This System includes planets of different physical state, conditions and spiritual abilities. Among them there are planets with peaceful inhabitants and inhabitants who treat the rest of the inhabitants of the Universe aggressively. Note that the inhabitants of all the Systems of Intelligence can direct their thoughts only towards the edge of the systems situated along a spiral. They cannot direct their energy of the influencing origin, thoughts and feelings towards the Center, to the Universal Intellect. Whereas the Universal Intellect and the inhabitants of the Spirals of Intelligence situated in the Center have the right to influence and control the Systems of Intelligence subordinate to them. The Forth Spiral is the Middle Cosmos. The inhabitants of this Spiral of Intelligence enjoy making contact with earthlings and, depending on which planet delegates its representative to make contact, people get either light, optimistic information, or heavy, depressing information that crushes the psyche of the earthling who interacts. This Spiral of Intelligence comprises 24 Planetary Systems with 21 to 40 planets each.

The Third Spiral of Intelligence is called "Inspirational Intelligence". Its tasks are to collect reports on the results of controlling process from the inhabitants of the Forth Spiral and to take moral measures by sending to the controlled objects massive doses of Energothoughts facilitating the awakening of the Intelligence of the entities dwelling there. Their Intellect is 1/10 less developed than that of the Superintelligent. This Intelligence is distinguished among the previous Systems by its High Intellect inclined nevertheless to introspection, which results in deviation from the Universal Laws. The inhabitants of the planets of High Intellect interact with earthlings and often put in their brain information that does not correspond to the Cosmic reality at all. On the one hand, this is a peculiarity of the inhabitants of the Third Spiral of Intelligence; on the other hand, it is their disadvantage caused by the wish to represent the information about the Universe in their own interpretation which is often distorted. The Universal Intellect does not attempt to set them on the right track because they interpret the Universal Laws in a peculiar way and therefore are an interesting object of examination and observation. There are 9 Planetary Systems in this Spiral of Intelligence; each of them includes 9 planets.

The Second Spiral of Intelligence is referred to as Wise Intelligence or the Intelligence of Wisdom. The solving of problems of any planet in any aspect cannot happen without an agreement with the Wise Intelligence. Their decision is final except for the cases when a special decision of the Board of Gods is needed i.e. if the decision concerns the existence of planets and their inhabitants. This spiral is inhabited by Superintelligent. The life is purely energy-related. The inhabitant's Intellect is 1/10 smaller than the Universal Intellect. They are nice creatures, kind and gentle, considerate to one another and the inhabitants of other Intellects of the Universe. 12 Planetary Systems are situated on this Spiral; each of them has between 8 and 21 planets. Each planet has its own physical conditions of existence, yet they are all united by the Superintelligent life.

The First Spiral of Intelligence is the Universal Intellect or Archintellect. Six planets of the Universe are inhabited by the Archintelligent who are flesh of Great God's flesh - Fundamental Principle, Original Thought, Omnipotence, Omniscience, Universal Kindness, Universal Long-Suffering and many other comprehensive characteristics. Just like in man the convolutions of brain do the thinking and the organs of his body perform, the Great God is the Thinking Organ of the Universe and the Archintelligent are executors as parts of His Body. The Absolute that shelters Great Children of other Systems of Intelligence who deserve the right to help the inhabitants of the Universe is made up of the Archintelligent. The Universal Intellect is clots of thoughts and feelings. It is the Intellect of many centuries enriched by experience that can turn ordinary objects into extraordinary ones. The Universal Intellect is the climax of all knowledge, abilities and potential.

The connection with the Cosmos, with the Universal community, is one of the most important conditions for the progress of the inhabitants of any planet, including the inhabitants of the Supreme Intellect. Only the Superintelligent and the Archintelligent could exist independently of their connection with other planets thanks to their privileged position. They have the advantage of being in any point of the Universe momentarily, of observing the life state of any planet and its inhabitants at any moment. Many inhabitants of Space would have to gain experience during long centuries of life if it weren't for the connections between the planets of the Universe. According to the Great Universal Rule which applies to Earth too, one should try to benefit from the others' experience in any business and under any circumstances. One should continue the way using the things already acquired rather than search from the very beginning, making new mistakes and regaining reliable and useful knowledge.
When the planets of the Universe communicate with one another, they use the latest achievements of their neighbors for their own good. The Earth and its inhabitants are isolated for the reasons already known, which naturally does not facilitate the development of civilization at the Universal level. The state of the connection with the Cosmos is on the decline. The isolated cases of Teachers of the Universe cannot fill in the gap of the desired communication. Communication for the sake of the planet must be large-scale and specialized enough to allow specialists in their fields to get information that would let them achieve substantial results when it is realized. The Intelligent Universe is ready to provide comprehensive help and support for the inhabitants of Earth. For the above-stated to be realized it is necessary to meet one very simple requirement - the received assistance must not be used to harm humanity and the planet. The results of the provided help must be aimed only at good deeds and unselfish development. All the Space Intelligences, from the Absolute to us, Children of the Universe, are interrelated according to the Great Cosmic Laws. The Systems of Intelligence of superior level analyze the possibilities of connection of any System of Intelligence with another. This analysis is conducted by the Universal Intellect, and after receiving a positive response any Intelligence has an opportunity to get connected through its messengers in Spaceships and telepathy - directly from its whereabouts. Practical connection is a direct impact of the forces of planetary civilizations on the object itself - the planet and its inhabitants. The planet Earth has been thoroughly studied by the Universal Intellect. The analytical data have caused a great concern in the Universe, the Universal Intellect and nearby structural divisions. The Universal Intelligence has decided to start practical work to make the physical entity of the planet and its psychogenic conditions healthier. First of all, many extraterrestrials have been commissioned to do their best to improve the psychogenic atmosphere of the planet Earth as it will facilitate the energy enhancement of the physical body. This miracle will affect the Soul and Mind of all the earthlings. The following chain is obvious: healthy body - healthy Soul - good heart. The miracle of physical recovery will necessarily entail the recovery of the Soul.

The Supreme Council of the Universal Hierarchy necessarily considers the plan of work with the planet Earth that outlines all kinds of impacts that will be made by the ones who send. The Supreme Council also finds out the results of the impact on an object during a momentary and long-time analysis. If there were any minor deviations towards negative changes in natural physiological conditions of the object as the result of such impact, the plan would not be approved and would be sent back for remaking and revision. The Universal Intellect approves the beginning of the work only if the plan meets the Universal requirements completely. When the physical influence is approved, aliens first of all try to affect the climatic atmosphere with small doses (ecological purification) accompanied by the search for inhabitants - objects of the planet under control. The outcome of the search is always successful since the Universal Intellect has placed its plenipotentiaries who are capable of interacting with the representatives of other Intelligences first telepathically and then visually on every planet in the Universe.
Unlike the planet Earth, the Intelligences of Superior order practice communication with one another in the form of direct contacts through visiting planets in spaceships and telepathic and semimagnetic connections. The semimagnetic connection is seeing pictures. This is a vision of worlds and events almost like on television on Earth; still the terrestrial television is a toy compared to semimagnetic transmissions. Extraterrestrials have magnetic connection, too, when the body of an inhabitant of other planet is transported to the meeting point instantaneously.
The inhabitants of the Spirals of Intelligence situated near the Absolute are ready to make contact with the planet Earth and any of its inhabitants. They have the necessary power and Intellectual abilities to do this. The benefit of such contacts for humanity is obvious. But one condition is to be met: anyone who is willing to make such a contact must ennoble his Soul, thoughts and actions with good, love and conscience that will prompt its owner if his way is right.

ON INHABITED PLANETS

Each planet has a field formed from the field of the Father - the Abstract-Intellect of the highest level. These fields around the planets of the Universe are overlapped by the Neutral Intelligent Field of Father God. The Neutral Intelligent Field is the Field of the entire Universe that carries knowledge of all the particles of the Universe. The field is part of any material substance, being a representative of Father God in every Entity in the Universe. Penetrating into the bodies of the inhabitants of Earth the Father's Field makes the terrestrial life part of its Body. The unity of the Universe lies in the fact that every living and non-living entity in the Universe is impregnated with the Field of our Father God. Only the chosen can read the field of Father God. Then it can be said that this particular individual reads from the Universal Data Bank. Such reading is extremely rare on Mother Earth. Nostradamus was one of the few who could do it.
The Neutral-Intellect of Father God is a Field that establishes facts and does not interfere in the life of planets and their inhabitants. The freedom of choice of means and methods for the creation of life is fundamental otherwise the identity of life of every given planet will be damaged. Naturally, not every other rare alien lives, besides the earthlings, can read the Field of Father God. The Neutral Intelligent Field of Father God spans the Interplanetary Space but it behaves there in a way which differs from its behavior in the circumplanetary space.
The Interplanetary or Intercosmic Space is a certain atmosphere that exists near any planet. It is the same space as on Earth. On Earth this space is illuminated by the Sun; on other planets it is either illuminated by their own Stars or not illuminated at all. There are planets illuminated from within by the very coat of the planet where a given life exists. The number of spaces between planets is equal to the number of the Systems of Intelligence. The space surrounding a planet together with its illumination, magnetic and electrical and other Energies of the Greatest Power, constitutes the Interplanetary Space which is called the Universe or Cosmos.
It is possible to help those who move in the space of Father's Body to carry out a High Pure Mission, to perform the task of Father God. Any body cell of Father God as well as any cell of any organism in the Universe can communicate through mental messages.

Creating life on the planets of the Universe, the Great Cosmic Intellect provided for its likeness according to its kind, inner contents and level of mental development. It is connected with the need and the possibility to give help to the inhabitants of those planets that need such help. Moreover, the inhabitants of other planets that are akin in their kind and mental development perceive the pain and needs of the offended as if they were their own pain and needs. A planet with one and only lifeform in the Universe has never been created in any point of the Universe. The original existence suggests at least seven planets with similar lifeforms. (Why seven? The number seven carries energy fullness with life and Healing Power of Purity of the Universe). On the basis of the above-stated, it can be concluded that in any System of Intelligence there are by all means seven planets with very similar lifeforms. The inhabitants of other planets, though changing outwardly, remain at the high level of their Intelligence. And we, earthlings, have brothers in the Universe with bodies which are very similar to terrestrial bodies. For us they can be an example of what can be achieved without the favorable conditions that exist on Earth. According to the law of beginnings of life on Earth, sex other planets were created and populated at the same time with the planet Earth. The origin is the same on all the planets. Only the final result is different. The spiral-shaped origin was settled on all the planets in the same amounts and it is situated chaotically, which created equal conditions for survival and development despite the somewhat varying climatic and energy conditions. It turns out that the more favorable conditions there are, the less the life and the inhabitants of the planet spend to improve the planet and develop their brains. Out of the six planets created with brothers similar to the terrestrial body only one planet is in the Solar System: it is posotioned in the Constellation of Virgo and has a beautiful name of Serenade.

Archintelligent planets emit such shining that when they appear in the field of vision of terrestrial telescopes they can be mistaken for emerging new star. Every planet of the Archintellect has doubles in every Galaxy of the Universe. Mother Earth is a double of the planet that is situated in the Material for Creation Fitnoyad.

The Creator does not interfere in the life of planets and their inhabitants. Planets can and must help each other; such a practice will soon begin to work for the planet Earth, too.

And now, dear readers, we would like to share with you the information about planets that was obtained during a direct telepathic contact with the representatives of the described planets. The contact was made by the Cosmic Contacts Director of the Center for Cosmos Connection Ludmila Bondar.
Planet Azhtana is what the inhabitants of Saturn call their planet. The life on this planet is energy-related; there is no material life.
Planet Aquatania (blue water) is the Supreme Intellect. This Intelligence, along with five more intelligences that exist in this energy layer, surrounds the Solar Star System and is located near the planet Earth. A spaceship can cover this distance within several seconds. The work of the servants from the planet Aquatania is aimed at observing the life on Earth and interacting with human contactees.
Alson is a planet of the Fifth Spiral of Intelligence. Once there was an article by Sergei Slusarev entitled "Vampire Stains" ("On the Verge of the Impossible" Newspaper, issue No 2, 1995). It said that a group of researchers had come across a strange phenomenon. Every day at about nine o'clock in the evening test-tubes with soil samples from a UFO landing site began to generate a field of unknown nature. It was as if this field flowed in all the directions away from the test-tube and filled the apartment, effortlessly penetrating through the walls. After a while the process was reversed. Everything would become calm by midnight. All the "stains" followed a certain program: they started pouring out an unforeseen substance by 21 o'clock and "absorbed" it back by midnight. The impact of the unknown field resulted in incorrect distribution of energy in chakras practically in all the examined individuals. The energy of the upper chakras decreased while the energy of the lower chakras increased. The unknown field was photographed. The researchers had no idea what kind of field it was.
We'd like to give an explanation. All the UFOs that reach the Earth come as an experiment. One spaceship can be sent by Great God to explore the terrestrial atmosphere, another one can be sent to study the energy of Earth and so on. Every spaceship has its own objectives and tasks. The field the researchers discovered had been formed when the crew of a spaceship from the planet Alson sacrificed itself. Many aliens do this. They exist on Earth as energy afterwards. This energy is harmless and it gradually leaves the planet Earth.
Alpha Centauri is the Ninth Spiral of Intelligence. Unlike earthlings, the inhabitants of this planet breathe a mixture of hydrogen and helium rather than oxygen. Alpha Centauri is 200 light years away from Earth. The color of the planet is predominantly fiery yellow. Its inhabitants are 50% biomass and 50% energy. They are intelligent creatures that serve the Light, Good and Warmth. Their Intellect is hundreds of times greater than the human intellect. They visit the Earth often and treat their weaker brothers, i.e. earthlings, in a very friendly way.
Antania is a planet of the Ninth Spiral of Intelligence. It is positioned in the Argonaut Star System which is an affiliate of the Solar Star System (Literal reproduction of the telepathic text). According to our terrestrial notions, our Star System is called Solar, whereas according to the inhabitants of Antania it is called Argonaut. Although Antania and its exponents regard the Sun as a vivifying source, the planet Antania does not move around the Sun. The Sun looks like a star when viewed from Antania. The life on the planet Antania is material-related. Its inhabitants eat silicon. Their body resembles a terrestrial body but their arms and legs are a bit different. The head resembles the one that is often drawn by those who encounter extraterrestrials. Its shape is rather square. The eyes and the mouth are small, the nose is thin. Antania, as part of the Middle Cosmos, does its best to perform systematic, programmed work aimed at recovery of psychogenic situation in certain areas of the planet Earth. As the result of this work stress is eliminated and the thoughts and feelings of earthlings are subconsciously ennobled. The work is done on a large scale rather than being done by specific individuals. This mission for Earth has been assigned to Antania by the Absolute. The purification always ends in one point. After this many processed individuals begin living according to the laws of conscience which is an indicator of the behaviour of an earthling who obeys to the Laws of the Universe. Atuan is a planet of the Forth Level of Intelligence from the Constellation of Libra. The Solar Star System. In Mokayad (Intelligent Universe) this planet is called Suotra, which means "inhabited by the wisdom of tranquillity". Vega is a planet of the Solar Star System. Vega is one of the most beautiful planets in this system. Its natural and life conditions are similar to the terrestrial conditions. Its inhabitants are beautiful both outwardly and inwardly. Unlike earthlings, they are giants whose physical body is full of nitrogen and silicon components and visibly condensed plasma. Gori a planet from the Ophiucus Constellation. The exponents of the planet Gori refer to this constellation as Huletuona, which means "holding in hands". Such a name derives from the fact that a row of planets situated in a chain is energetically connected with another ring of planets and this ring keeps the planets in one chain. It is part of the Solar Star System. It would take terrestrial spaceships 400-500 years to get to Gori. For the material inhabitants of the planet Gori such distances do not matter. Galaton is a planet of Supreme Intellect but the Intelligence of its inhabitants is somewhat unusual because they use it to carry out experiments with the inhabitants of almost all the Systems of Intelligence they can reach. They have been repeatedly punished by Father God for these experiments; nevertheless, they did not quit. We, earthlings, don't have to be afraid; we are so insufficiently intelligent from their point of view that it is not interesting for them to make experiments with us. By interacting with earthlings through their messengers, they can give us information about the Universe; however, this information is presented in their own interpretation which is not always true.
Intaura Sifiut is the name of a planet with material life of several Levels of Intelligence. The Phfetahedron Galaxy. They are very similar to humans in their structure. The life of this planet possesses much knowledge and is willing to share it with earthlings to save the atmosphere of Mother Earth. Its spaceships move thanks to turbines that run on photon fuel. People will be able to build such spaceships too, but only when Intellect unites with the purity of Soul and urges earthlings to interact with extraterrestrial alien life without aggression to learn more and increase their store of knowledge.
Quaderathon is a planet of Supreme Intellect. Working with earthlings, it contributes to the purification of Soul to make it shine brightly so that the light of this purified Soul can bring kindness to people who are near. They make contact with earthlings with the same purpose.
Mertana is a planet of Supreme Intellect. The name can be translated into the terrestrial language as "Space hospital". It corrects the energy balance of the earthlings who work as space doctors.
Narcissus is a planet within the Ninth Spiral of Intelligence. The Demetra Constellation. The Level of Intelligence of its inhabitants corresponds to the lower edge of the Supreme Intellect. The inhabitants of this planet visited the Earth and left their considerable contribution here.

Mars is an original planet that does not have life on its surface. The life is underneath the ground. The Martians live underground that's why they needed an object that could help them make contact with other planets. So they created an artificial satellite called Phobos. Phobos is a launching and landing site. The Martians do not visit Earth expressly and are not interested in humans. They have other Cosmic tasks. The Martians have a whole colony of robots that work on the surface of the planet, while unique devices work under the planet's crust. The Martian robots are informational equipment; they were created not as machinery but as formations that are very similar to a Martian's appearance as a subject. They are plasma with outlines of a huge boulder. This rock performs its tasks and it is almost impossible to distinguish it on the surface of the planet and it always looks like this. The planet Mars is very densely populated, one can say that the density is at its maximum. As far as the Soul of the Martians is concerned, they have no Soul. Soul is a privilege of the inhabitants of Earth. The thing inhabitants of the Universe are made of is a very sensitive Soul itself.
The Martians don't have lungs, that's why they don't need to breathe. It is caused by the fact that the Mars' atmosphere is very changeable in different regions. It is impossible to detect life on this planet with the help of telescopes of any resolving power from Earth. Entrances to huge cities look like craters and cavities visible from Earth. The Martians don't need oxygen, consequently there is no need for vegetation; nevertheless their cities are examples of ideal space building adjusted for long life. Mars is a planet where it is difficult to live, a very rational planet. The Martians have very close connections with the Cosmos and only upwards at that.
The special life conditions on the planet account for the tough character of its inhabitants that makes them do everything thoroughly. The head literally sits on the body; still this head is full of such powerful Intellect that we, earthlings, can envy the Martians with pure, white envy. Various newspapers and magazines published a photo resembling a Sphinx discovered on Mars, but it is only a freak of nature. It is a natural formation developed as the result of erosion. Space devices sent to Mars by earthlings are captured by the Martians because they are bulky and imperfect and can subsequently harm the Universe.
Sirius is a planet of Solar Star System. The Supreme Intellect. It is inhabited by semienergy creatures. They have a dense energy body on their planet; when they leave the gravitation field they turn into purely energy inhabitants invisible for human eye. The inhabitants of Sirius carry out the Greatest Mission by coordinating the reciprocal actions all the planets of the Solar System. They prevent the planets from colliding, regulate the energy position of the planets on their orbits. They have quite close links with earthlings. People are unaware of the majority of such links; cases of deliberate interaction with the inhabitants of the planet Sirius are rare. We, representatives of the Center for Cosmos Connection, have had several encounters with the inhabitants of Sirius. They were filmed and photographe. The rare contacts with earthlings can be attributed to the fact that the siriusians (that's what they call themselves) have a very powerful energy field which allows them to influence human psyche. When they start working with people they are categorical; they don't let people realize their actions and deeds and do them partially under their own control. Their work style is to give orders. Their spaceships visit the planet Earth. They are always invisible to humans. The planet Sirius controls energy actions of all planets. They often send control capsules to Earth. To make contact with them earthlings have to be purely biorobots without any mental activity too. The representatives of Sirius do not take people to their spaceships because of their special energy that is very hard for humans to bear.
Planet Salark is the Supreme Intellect. Their work is aimed at increasing the level of intelligence of earthlings.
Planet Saturn is a Solar Star System. Half of the planet is inhabited, the other half is lifeless. Its landmark is the Ring of Saturn created by the inhabitants of Saturn in collaboration with the planets of the Forth Spiral of Intelligence. The spaceships that travel to the planets of the Solar System are recharged on this Ring. The Ring of Saturn is a tense energy stripe that accumulates tiny particles of space light creating an aura around Saturn. It is thanks to the energy tension that landing and adhesion of spaceships are possible. The inhabitants of Saturn have high Intellect and they are not like earthlings. Saturn is populated by the inhabitants of the Forth Level of Intelligence. Their activities are aimed at helping all aliens who travel in the Universe. It can be said with confidence that Saturn is a service station for spaceships.
Before we continue to describe the planets, we would like to explain the concept of Oyun. Oyun is an energy cloud smaller than Earth. Such condensed or compressed clouds cannot be called planets. It is energetically compact matter that serves as a refuge for inhabitants of the Universe who do not have a physical body, a temporary house for energy replenishment. Spaceships can approach such a cloud to refill their energy stores. Oyun is an energy storage facility of the Universe.
Planet Sontaris is the Ninth Spiral of Intelligence. It is at least 300 light years away from Earth. This is a planet of sufficiently High Intellect, It makes tentative steps to search for contactees on Earth. The Star System of Snapdragon. This Star system will have the most contacts with many earthlings over time.
Planet Tanai is the lower sphere of Superintellect. Its color is light blue but it can turn reddish because of storms. Its inhabitants are energyforms. Their intellect is millions of times greater than the terrestrial one. The inhabitants of this planet are servants of the planet Zibrion and other planets of the First Spiral of Intelligence. They move energetically with the help of their own forces; they do not have spaceships. They don't work with contactees themselves; they are used as protectors of messengers and to give earthlings and inhabitants of other planets the information the latter are supposed to get, i.e. they carry out a preliminary preparation of those who will become a contactee of a very high level for the inhabitants of other planets later.

And now a few words about the Star System of Salar. The Salar System controls the gravitational state of the Universe. Besides, it regulates the movement of planets along their orbits and changes the direction if there is a risk of collision. It is responsible for secure motion of Star Systems and planets in the Universe. And now we'd like to dwell on some inhabitants of the planet Vega and to speak about our encounter with a spaceship from this planet. This encounter took place in March 1996. Tristan is a planet of Spirits, the Sixth Spiral of Intelligence. This planet is inhabited by the Souls of former humans that have the right to participate in development of the mind and Soul of living earthlings. They are chosen among those who go beyond the planet Earth.
Planet Fiuretta is a wandering planet, one of many of its kind in the Universe. It is not compact, it consists of ether mass covered by a special energy coat. This planet is very big; inside there is such Power of light that can burn dark stains in the Souls of living people and even in the Souls that have left the physical body in the region where it appears when it has to carry out a task assigned by Great God. By eliminating dark stains and clarifying the Soul, this planet can create warmth in it and enable the Intellect of the Soul to break through to the mind through threads of conscience.
Planet Fredan has a rather high level of development. It is situated in the Ninth Spiral of Intelligence. The Star System Calypso. The Intelligence of its inhabitants exceeds that of earthlings by about 300 times. Its highly intelligent inhabitants have achieved the results that people did not manage to achieve during the existence of Atlantis.
Planet Freella is an energy planet where processing of the negative of the Universe takes place. Having a beautiful purpose, it performs very hard energy-related work. Its purpose is its destiny at the Behest of Great God. House spirits are servants of this planet on Earth. These energy creatures never do any harm if a person keeps his Soul clean. It has giant, very durable spaceships from the terrestrial point of view. These spaceships are good for travelling in space without any time limits. A flight to Earth lasts about 28 days. The inhabitants of the planet consist of incorporeal ether that can be defined as compressed air. They can be seen as a dark-colored polyethylene film.
Planet Centurion is in the Archiquanton Star System. They are Superintelligent. They look like humans. The intellect of an inhabitant from the planet Centurion is 1018 times as great as the intellect of people. Their average age is 800-850 terrestrial years but we can say that they are immortal since when they reach this age they change their properties like, for example, ice that turns into water. After the life in this new form (for about 1,300-1,400 terrestrial years) they go to the upper Worlds of Beyond in the Great Cosmos.
This planet has been assigned a task by the Supreme Cosmic Intellect to carry out works connected with climate recovery on Earth with the help of psychological and physical impact on Earth and its inhabitants. The planet studies the impact of cosmogenic phenomena on the planets with material life.
Planet Vamfit is the Forth Level of Intelligence. It shares the same galaxy with Earth. The Star System of Zhohaech. This Star System is not known on Earth. Its life is material. With the present-day terrestrial machinery it would take about two thousand years to get to this planet. The inhabitants of the planet Vamfit travel using the possibilities of the Universe, distorting, changing, moving and enlarging the Field of the Universe. For this purpose they have spaceships that run on gravitational field.
Planet Vesuvta is in the Solar Star System. On Earth this planet is known as Neptune. It belongs to the Forth Spiral of Intelligence. Its life is material-related. The bodies of its inhabitants are similar to human bodies. Their average life expectancy is 550 terrestrial years. The time on the planet is almost the same as on Earth but the day is longer and lasts 32 hours. We have spoken with a spaceship from Neptune. It was an interplanetary liner big enough to live on for a long time. Its length was 275 m and its width was 37 m. This structure allows to travel at a very high space speed. The engines of the spaceship use hydrogen fuel produced by concentrating a hydrogen nucleus. The inhabitants of this planet speak both telepathically and with the help of the language. 99% of the inhabitants have telepathic abilities. Just like on Earth, the planet is divided into countries but all of them live peacefully as one.

They are willing to help earthlings to solve a number of technical problems but only if this help has peaceful and cosmic objectives. The life on this planet is various; however it is not divided by borders and has a common language of communication. The majority of the population is telepathic but there are those who use language for communication as well. It happens because some of the inhabitants do not belong to the Forth Level of Intelligence that's why they are not telepathic. Their average life expectancy is 350 terrestrial years. A year lasts for 928 days. The planetary Star is called Spika. There is the alternation of day and night but the day is much longer than the night and the night is shorter. The inhabitants of the planet look like giants. They are 2.8-3 m tall. Their bodies are robust, the size of their heads corresponds to the size of their bodies; their hands and feet have six fingers and toes respectively. Planet Zihita is the Supreme Intellect of the Orion Constellation. It shares the same galaxy with Earth. From the terrestrial point of view, the life of the inhabitants of this planet is orthodox. It goes beyond the limits of both material norm and energy existence. The inhabitants of this planet are plasma-related. They don't need spacecraft because they cannot send energy forms of their doubles to travel.
Planet Zizufa is 3.5 million of light years away from Mother Earth. It shares the same galaxy with Earth. The Lizard Star Cluster. Its inhabitants call this planet Mhamia. The inhabitants are material, yet they are not like humans. Their average life expectancy is 200 terrestrial years. The peculiar characteristic of the inhabitants of Zizufa is that they are able to restore lost parts of their body, i.e. they have an inborn ability to regenerate.

Father God gave each planet an opportunity to choose its way of development; he does not interfere with the planets' following the chosen path, however he makes sure that a more powerful Intelligence does not harm other Intelligences.
